1: milk 6 cups
2: khoya 1 cup (check the link on the video or click ON KHOYA for video link)
3: almonds 50g (sliced)
4: pistachio 50g (sliced)
5: condensed milk 3/4 cup (click on CONDENSED MILK for video link)
6: zafron 1/2ts
7: kewra water 2ts
8: green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
1: in a pan add milk, kewra water, zafron wait for a boil on high flame then lower the flame to medium and cook for 2 minutes.
2: then add khoya, green cardamom powder, condensed milk mix well and cook for further 3 to 5 minutes on low to medium flame.
3: now add the almonds, pistachio mix and remove for the stove.
4: serve hot or cold.
