1: double cream 1 cup
2: lemon juice 1ts
1: mix cream & lemon juice and leave it for 1 to 2 minutes.
2: now whisk it till it gets thick.
3: sour cream is ready to use.
Note: If you've been limiting your use of sour cream to topping a baked potato or a plate of nachos, you're missing out. Its creamy tanginess adds to the flavour and smooth texture of appetisers, breads and desserts.
