pasta 600 g ( boiled with 2 ts salt & keep aside )
mince 1 kg
onion 1 large ( finely chopped)
fresh garlic 1 whole (grated)
black olives 6 pieces (sliced)
salt 1 ts
crushed red chillies 1 1/2 tbs
black pepper crushed 1 ts
sugar 1 1/2 tbs
corn 1/2 cup (canned drain the water)
mushrooms 1/2 cup (canned drain the water & cut in small pieces)
bellpeppers 1 cup (cut small pieces)
mature cheddar cheese 1 1/2 cup (grated)
pasta sauce 2 jars 500 g each (dolmio brand)
cream cheese 225g
cottage cheese 300g
sour cream 1/2 cup
salami (as required)
heat oil in a pan & add onions, fresh garlic & make it sotf.
then add the mince, crushed black pepper, crushed red chillies, salt & sugar mix well and cook on high flame till the mince is cooked well.
once the mince is cooked add the vegetables and cook on high flame till they is no water.
then add the pasta sauce and wait for a boil cover and cook on medium flame till the sauce gets a little thick.
in a separat bowl add cream cheese and whisk it add the sour cream & cottage cheese mix well keep aside.
preheat the over 15 min before baking, on gas mark 4, 350 f , 180 c.
in a oven proof tray first layer the mince then the boiled pasta, then the mince layer, then the cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream mix on the top, the pasta and the mince cover with foil and bake it for 25 min.
after baking for 25 min coverd, take it out and top it with cheddar cheese, salami, black olives & oregano, now bake it for futher 20 min (uncoverd) till the cheese gets golden.
