1: chicken 1 kg (cut in 12 pieces)
2: fresh fenugreek leaves 5 bunches (only leaves chopped)
3: fresh coriander 2 bunches (chopped)
4: thick greek yogurt 1 cup
5: tomatoes 3 (sliced)
6: onions 1 large (sliced)
7: bullet green chilli 2
8: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
9: coriander powder 1 tbsp
10: salt 1 tsp
11: red chilli powder 1 tsp
12: cumin seeds 1 tsp
13: garam masala powder 1 tsp
14: turmeric 1/4 tsp
15: cumin powder 1 tsp
16: oil 1/2 cup
1: heat oil add onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry till golden, on high flame.
2: then add tomatoes, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder mix well and cook till the tomatoes reduce and oil comes on surface, on high flame.
3: now add fenugreek leaves, coriander mix well cook on high flame, till the oil comes on surface.
4: add the chicken, yogurt, turmeric, water 1 glass mix well, wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the chicken is cooked and oil comes on surface.
5: now add garam masala powder, green chilli mix well.
6: serve hot with roti.
