1: large 3 eggs
2: sugar 1 cup
3: fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup
4: salted butter 60g
1: in a bowl add eggs, sugar, lemon juice whisk for 1 minute till gets smooth.
2: then on a double boiler place the bowl and keep mixing till the mixture gets thick.
3: add butter mix till melts.
4: home made lemon curd is ready to use.
5: store in a sterilised jar.
