1: heat oil in a pan and add onions, ginger fry till light golden on high flame.
2: now add the prawns cook till it changes colour on high flame then add the salt, turmeric, red chilli, black pepper, tomatoes, green chilli mix well and cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.
3: then add the mix veg, water and cover cook on high flame till the water dries.
4: boil the rice 80% with 2 tbs of salt, food colour strain the water and keep aside.
5: once the prawns and veg are cooked, put a layer of the curry then the boiled rice, prawn, rice then add the fresh coriander, green chilli.
6: cover the lid with a tea towel place it over the rice pot and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes on low flame.
7: serve hot and enjoy.
