1: ginger 400g
2: garlic 400g
3: salt 1/2 ts
4: oil 3/4 cup (MIGHT NEED MORE OR LESS)
1: peel & wash ginger, garlic & salt.
2: Combine all ingredients except the (oil) in a blender.
3: While blending, slowly add the oil until the paste has a smooth consistency.
4: Place in a sterilised container, and store in the fridge or the freezer.
