1: boiling water 1 cup
2: vegetable oil 1/2 cup
3: plain flour 1 & 3/4 cup
4: dark cocoa powder 3/4 cup
5: caster sugar 2 cup
6: eggs 2
7: baking powder 1 & 1/2tsp
8: baking soda 1 & 1/2ts
9: salt 1/2ts
10: strong coffee 1tsp
11: vanilla essences 1tbs
12: 2 cake tins 9inch (greased and floured the bottom) or order Oreo Mould online
1: double cream 1 & 1/2 cups
2: powder sugar 1 cup
3: vanilla essences 1 tbsp
Preheat Oven 350f, 180c, gas Mark 4.
1: in a bowl sieve the plain flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, cocoa powder, then mix it with a spoon.
2: mix coffee with boiling water.
3: then add vanilla, oil, eggs in the dry cake mixture and beat, then add the boiling coffee and beat once again.
4: now divide the batter in the cake tins, bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
5: let the cake cool for 10 minutes in the tin, then remove and let it cool completely on a rack.
6: in a bowl add cream, powder sugar, vanilla and beat till gets thick.
7: level the cakes and place one on a serving plate, top the cream and place the other cake on top.
8: serve and enjoy.
