1: Philadelphia cream cheese 600g
2: sweetened condensed milk 397g (can)
3: pineapple juice 1/3 cup
4: thick greek yogurt 6 tbsp
5: vanilla essences 2 tsp
1: corn flakes 1 cup (crushed)
2: desiccated coconut 4 tbsp
3: almond flakes 4 tbsp
1: pineapple chunks 432g (2 cans)
2: glazed cherries 20 (cut in 2 pieces)
1: in a bowl add Philadelphia cream cheese, condensed milk, pineapple juice, yogurt, vanilla essence and beat till combined.
2: in a bowl mix corn flakes, coconut, almonds mix well.
3: now take serving bowls add the cheese mixture, pineapple, cherries, cheese mixture, corn flakes mixture, keep in fridge to chilli.
4: garnish with a piece of cheery and pineapple serve chilled.
