1: samosa or spring roll sheets (cut in length )
2: egg 1 (beat)
1: Chicken (boiled and shredded) 1 cup
2: Green Chilies (chopped) 4
3: Coriander leaves (chopped) 4 tbs
4: Spring onion finely (chopped) 1
5: Sweet corn 4tbs
6: chadder cheese 4tbs
Ingredients for white sauce:
1: Butter 2 tbs
2: Flour 3 tbs
3: Milk 1 cup
4: Salt 1/2ts
5: Pepper 1/2 ts
1: In a sauce pan make white sauce add butter, flour & cook for 3 minutes on low to medium flame, then add milk, salt, black pepper cook till thick.
2: add in boiled shredded chicken with chopped coriander, green chilies and spring onion, cheese and sweet corn, mix well and keep aside to cool.
3: fill mixture in samosa sheet fold, brush the side with egg. Deep fry till golden.
4: serve hot.
