1: beef mince 1 kg (lean)
2: crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
3: salt 1 tsp
4: oregano 1 tbsp
5: lasagna sauce 500g (or pizza sauce)
6: salami slices 250g (cut in small pieces)
7: onion 1 large (finely chopped)
8: bell pepper 1 medium (chopped)
9: black olives 15 (sliced)
10: mozzarella cheese 1 cup (grated)
11: parmesan cheese 3 tbsp
12: burger buns
13: oil 3 tbsp
14: water 1 cup
15: oregano 2 tbsp (for sprinkling on the burger)
1: heat oil add onion and fry till gets soft, on high flame.
2: then add the mince, salt, crushed red chilli, oregano mix well, cook on medium flame till the mince is completely cooked.(if the oil is to much u can sieve it).
3: now add the lasagna sauce, water mix, cook on medium to high flame till the mixture gets thick.
4: add the salami, olives, bell pepper mix and cook on high flame for 1 minute.
5: cut the buns and warm it with some butter or oil on a flat pan.
6: place the buns on a baking tray top it with the mince, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, oregano.
7: preheat the oven to 180c, 350f, gas mark 4.
8: place the tray in the oven till the cheese melts.
9: serve hot with fries and cold drink of your choice.
