To Make Pakora:
1: sweet corn 2 & 1/2 cups (drained i used cans)
2: gram flour 8 tbsp
3: egg 1
4: ginger & garlic paste 1/2 tsp
5: sugar 1/2 tsp
6: crushed red chilli 2 tsp
7: water 1/2 cup
8: salt 1 tsp
9: oil for deep frying
10: bullet green chilli 3 (finely chopped)
11: fresh coriander 3 tbsp
To Make Chutney:
1: imli (Tamarind) 50g
2: water 2 cups
3: brown sugar 4 tbsp
4: salt 1 tsp
5: crushed red chilli 1 & 1/2 tsp
6: garlic paste 1/2 tsp
7: cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
1: to make chutney: mix water and imli, squeeze it well.
2: then strain it to remove the seeds, keep the pulp aside.
3: in a pan add the imli pulp, sugar, salt, crushed red chilli, garlic, cumin and cook on medium flame till gets thick.
4: once cools add the fresh coriander.
To Make Corn Pakora:
1: in a blender add corn, gram flour, crushed red chilli, salt, ginger & garlic paste, sugar, egg, water and blend it.
2: add green chilli, fresh coriander mix.
3: heat oil and spoon in the mixture, fry till golden medium flame.
4: place them on paper towel to remove extra oil.
5: serve hot with the chutney and enjoy.
