1: 1 box of betty crocker chocolate cake mix (415g)
2: 1 cup water
3: 1/2 cup vegetable oil
4: 3 large eggs
5: 1/2 cup caramel sauce (optional)
1: 100g cream cheese (room temperature)
2: 4 large eggs
3: 320g can sweetened condensed milk
4: 300g can evaporated milk
5: 1 tbsp vanilla essences
Recipe: Preheat oven 30 minutes before 325f, 160c, gas mark 3.
1: grease and dust flour a large bundt pan.
2: in a bowl add betty crocker cake mix, water, oil, eggs mix well with a whisk, till combined.
3: add the caramel sauce in the bundt pan and add the cake mix on in, keep aside.
4: in a blender jug add cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and blend till combined, pour this mixture on the cake mixture.
5: cover the bundt pan with foil.
6: take a roasting pan fill it with boiling water till it is 2 inch high, place the bundt pan in the middle.
7: careful pick the roasting pan on place it on the middle rack of the oven, and bake for 1 & 1/2 hour to 2 hours, or check after 1 & 1/2 hour with a knife in the centre of the cake comes out clean it is done.
8: then remove the bundt pan from the roasting pan and remove the foil and leave to cool for 2 to 3 hours.
9: now turn oven the bundt pan on the serving plate.
10: serve and enjoy.
