1: heat oil fry the garlic. ginger for 1/2 a minute, on high flame.
2: add all vegetables, green chilli, oyster sauce, black pepper, crushed red chilli, sugar, salt, vinegar, soya sauce, chicken stock mix well, wait for a boil on high flame.
3: mix corn flour with water and add slowly in the gravy, wait till it gets little thick, close the flame add the nuggets mix add the spring onions (white part and mix).
4: heat the sizzler plate, add little water, oil, place cabbage leaves and serve the chicken and rice.
5: garnish it with the spring onion green part, serve and enjoy.
