1: boneless chicken 1 kg (cut in strips)
2: mushrooms 9 (sliced)
3: onion 1 medium (finely chopped)
4: knorr chicken cube 1 piece (mixed with 1 cup hot water)
5: cream 1/2 cup
6: sweet chilli sauce 8 tbsp
7: plain flour 2 tbsp
8: unsalted butter 100g
9: salt 1 tsp
10: black pepper powder 1 tsp
11: thyme 1/2 tsp
1: noodles 500g (boiled with salt 1 tbsp & oil 3 tbsp)
2: salted butter 60g
3: crushed black pepper 1 tsp
4: dark soya sauce 2 tbsp
5: salt 1 tsp
6: fresh garlic 1 tbsp (crushed)
1: for noodles: melt butter add garlic and fry till golden on high flame.
2: add the boiled noodles mix well, then add salt, black pepper, soya sauce and mix well.
3: for chicken: melt butter add onions and fry till softens, on high flame.
4: then add chicken, salt, black pepper, thyme cook on high flame till the chicken changes colour.
5: now add the mushrooms, cook on high flame till the butter comes on surface.
6: add plain flour and cook on high flame for 1 & 1/2 minute.
7: then add the stock, mix well and add cream mix again and add sweet chilli sauce mix and close the flame.
8: warm the noodles.
9: serve hot with noodles and enjoy.
