1: chicken breast 500g (cut in small cubes)
2: onions 2 large (grind to a paste)
3: double cream 1/2 cup
4: thick greek yogurt 3 tbs
5: tomato puree 1/2 cup
6: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs
7: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
8: salt 1/2ts
9: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
10:crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
11:green chilli 2
12:fresh coriander 3 tbs
13:oil 1/2 cup
14:turmeric 1/4 tsp
1: heat oil add chicken and fry for 2 minutes on medium flame.
2: then add onions, ginger & garlic paste and cook till the water dries from onions and chicken on high flame.
3: now add tomato puree, yogurt, salt, red chilli, turmeric, crushed black pepper mix well and cook on medium flame till the oil comes on the surface.
4: now add the cream, garam masala, green chilli and cook on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
5: add fresh corinder mix.
6: serve hot with paratha, naan or roti.
