For Chicken Filling:
1: boneless chicken 1 kg (cut in very small pieces)
2: yogurt 2-3 tbs
3: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbs
4: salt 2 tsp
5: crushed red chilli 3 tsp
6: cumin seeds 2 tsp (roasted and crushed)
7: crushed black pepper 1 & 1/2 tsp
1: plain flour 2 cups
2: wheat flour 2 cups
3: salt 1 tsp
4: oil 5 tbsp
5: warm water as much required
1: mozzarella cheese 2 cups (grated)
2: Cheddar cheese 2 cups (grated)
3: cream cheese 150g
1: ghee or oil
1: in a bowl add chicken with all ingredients under chicken filling, mix well and leave it for 5 to 10 minutes.
2: in a bowl add plain flour, wheat flour, salt mix, now add oil and water and knead to a smooth dough, spread oil on the top and leave to rest covered for 15 minutes.
3: heat oil 4 tbsp add the chicken and cook on medium flame till cooked, then keep aside to cool completely.
4: make balls a size of a golf ball, roll it in flour flatten the edges, roll spread 1 tsp of cream cheese, add chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese cover with the other rolled dough, press the sides firmly.
5: heat the tawa place the paratha and cook as shown in the video with ghee or oil.
6: serve hot with mint chutney.
