1: bread dough (check the link on the video)
2: milk 1 cup
3: chicken breast 1/2 kg (boil and shred)
4: onions 1 large (finely chopped)
5: egg 1
6: butter 100g
7: plain flour 2 tbs (heaped)
8: bullet green chillies 4 ( chopped)
9: crushed red chillies 1 ts
10: salt 1 ts
11: black pepper powder 1ts
12: sesame seeds as required
1: boil the breast pieces and shred it and keep aside.
2: for the bread dough check the link on the video.
3: in a pan melt the butter and add the onions and make them transparent.
4: then add the flour cook on low to medium flame for 1 minute, then add green chillies, crushed red chillies, salt, black pepper, milk keep stirring and make a lump free thick sauce now add the boiled chicken mix well and let it cool down completely.
5: beat the egg and keep aside.
6: dust the working surface with flour and knead the dough for a minute, and cut it in two equal parts.
7: roll the 1 half of dough and add the filling in the middle, then cut the sides of the dough to do the binding, start from left to right placing the cut strips one on the other til the end and pinch the end part to seal it.
8: grease the tray lightly, place the stuffed bread on it, brush it with egg wash, sprinkle the sesame seeds.
9: preaheat the oven to gas mark 6, 200c, 400f.
10: place the tray in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or till gets golden on the top.
11: once baked take it out and brush it with little butter and serve hot or cold.
