1: grind all whole spices and mix it with the powder spices.
2: mix the mince, spices, tomatoes, onion, green chilli, eggs mix well cover and keep aside for 30 to 40 minutes.
3: heat the oil.
4: make thick kababs flattened but do wet your palms so it will not stick to your hands.
5: fry to both sides till golden on medium flame, cover and cook for 5 minutes or till the water from the mince dries and PRESS ON THE KABABS TO RELEASE WATER, remove from the oil and place on paper towel.
6: SERVE HOT WITH NAAN.
1: IN THE SAME MINCE MIXTURE ADD 3 TBS OF WHEAT FLOUR (ATTA) MIX AND FRY.
