1: chicken 1 kg (cut in 12 pieces)
2: onions 2 large (finely sliced and fried)
3: thick greek yogurt 1 cup
4: salt 1 tsp
5: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
6: saffron 1/4 tsp
7: kewra water 1 & 1/2 tsp
8: coriander powder 2 tbsp
9: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
10: green chilli 15 (the spicy one)
11: oil 3/4 cup
12: fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
1: in a blender add fresh coriander, fried onions, green chilli, water 1/2 cup blend it.
2: heat oil add ginger & garlic, chicken and fry till changes colour, on high flame.
3: now add salt, turmeric, coriander powder, grinned mixture, yogurt, water 1 cup and mix well, wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium till the oil comes on surface.
4: then add saffron and kewra water, garam masala mix well.
5: serve hot with roti or naan.
