1: chicken wings or drumettes 20
2: plain flour 3/4 cup
3: salt 1 tsp
4: black pepper powder 1 tsp
5: hot sauce 3/4 cup
6: unsalted butter 3 tbsp
7: oil for frying
Recipe: soak the wings in water and salt 1 tbsp for 1 hour and then drain the water, follow the recipe below.
1: in a bowl mix plain flour, salt, black pepper.
2: roll the wings in it and shake off excess flour and place on a plate.
3: heat oil on high flame till hot.
4: place the wings it the hot oil and fry till golden.
5: take them out and place it on paper towel.
6: in a pan add butter, and hot sauce mix well and add the fried wings, coat well.
7: serve hot and enjoy.
