1: beef mince 1kg (with fat)
2: bread slices 2 (soaked in water)
3: mixed herbs 1tbs
4: salt 1ts
5: crushed black pepper 1&1/2 tsp
6: worcestershire sauce 2tbs
7: honey 2tbs
8: mustard paste 2tbs
9: egg 1
10:burger buns 4
11:onions 2 large (cut in thick rings)
12:tomatoes 2 (sliced)
13:mayo (as required)
1: squeeze the bread slices and crumble it.
2: in a bowl add mince, bread, mixed herbs, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mustard paste, honey, egg mix well.
3: then make large and thick burger patties.
4: heat a pan add 3 tbs oil and cook onions till gets a darker gold colour and gets soft, keep aside.
5: heat a grill pan grill the burger on medium flame till the liquid dries, keep pressing the patty.
6: warm the buns.
7: now spread mayo on the buns then lettuce, tomatoes, burger patty, cheese, onion, bbq sauce.
8: serve hot with fries.
