1: jelly 5 colours (85g each made by the box direction)
2: sweetened condensed milk 395g (1 can)
3: double cream 300ml
4: gelatine powder 28g
5: water 250ml
6: vanilla essences 2 tsp
7: hot water 250ml
1: make the jelly in separate bowls and leave in the fridge till gets firm.
2: then cut them in cubes, place in a bowl and mix them, place then in a large bundent pan. (can use any mold)
3: add water in a bowl and sprinkle the gelatine on it and leave it for 1 minute, now add hot water and mix well.
4: take a blender add the cream, condensed milk, vanilla, gelatine mixture and blend till combined.
5: add the mixture in the jelly, cover and keep it in the fridge for 7 to 8 hours.
6: release the pan as shown in the video or place the pan in hot water for a few seconds and then invert onto a plate.
7: cut and serve.
