1: caster sugar 1/2 cup
2: plain flour 1 & 1/2 cup
3: ripe bananas 4 (medium)
4: oil 4 tbsp
5: vanilla essences 1 tbsp
6: baking powder 1 tsp
7: baking soda 1 tsp
8: egg 1
9: salt 1/4 tsp
10: cinnamon powder 1 tsp
11: spring form pan 9 inch (greased)
For Cheesecake Layer:
1: cream cheese 800g (room temp)
2: milk 1 cup
3: caster sugar 3/4 cup
4: vanilla essences 1 tbsp
5: gelatine powder 1 tbsp
Preheat Oven 180c, 350f, gas mark 4.
1: mash the bananas and place it in a bowl.
2: now add oil, egg, vanilla, sugar and whisk till combined.
3: then add plain flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder and whisk till combined.
4: transfer the batter in the greased pan, and bake it for 30 to 40 minutes.
5: once baked leave to cool completely.
6: for cheesecake layer: in a bowl add cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and whisk till combined.
7: microwave the milk till hot for about 2 minutes, and add gelatine, quickly stir till dissolved, pour it in the cream cheese and whisk well till combined.
8: now pour this mixture on the cake, cover it and keep in fridge for over night to set.
9: drizzle some caramel sauce on top.
10: serve and enjoy.
