1: pasta 500g
2: salt 2 tbs
3: alfredo sauce 6 cups (homemade sauce check the link in the video OR click HERE)
4: mozzarella cheese 2 cups (shredded)
5: oil 3 to 4 tbs
6: parmesan cheese 4 tbs
7: fresh garlic 1 tsp
8: salt 1/2 tsp
9: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
10:chicken breast 5 (cut in cubs)
11: oil 2 tbs
1: boil the pasta as directed on the packet with 2 tbs salt, then drain the water wash with tap water and add 3 to 4 tbs oil mix and keep aside.
2: in a bowl add the chicken , salt, black pepper mix well.
4: heat oil 2tbs and fry the garlic till light golden, then add the chicken and cook on high flame till the chicken is cooked.
5: now mix the chicken and boiled pasta.
6: grease the tray and add 2 cups of sauce transfer the pasta on it mix and add the remaining sauce on the top, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese.
7: preheat oven 350f, 180c, gas mark 4 and bake to 20 to 25 minutes.
8: serve hot.
