1: Almonds 3 Cups (without peeling)
2: Sugar 3 Cups
3: Clarified Butter 4 tbsp
4: Milk (add till it covers the almonds in the blender)
5: Green Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
6: Saffron (add little for smell)
7: Red Food Colour-pinch (optional)
1: Add the almonds & milk in the blender and then blend the mixture.
2: Then in a nonstick pan,add 2tbsp clarified butter melt it on low-medium flame.
3: Now add the mixture in the pan and keep stirring it continuously on low flame.
4: Then add sugar,green cardamom powder,saffron & food colour stir continuously for 15-25 minutes.
5: Then keep stirring till water reduces and mixture leaves the side of the pan & comes in middle.
6: Now add 1 tbsp of clarified butter,stir continuously & cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
7: Then garnish with finely chopped almonds.
8: Serve & enjoy.
