1: Mince 1 kg
2: Ginger garlic paste 2tbs
3: Salt 1 tsp
4: Turmeric 1/2 tsp
5: Black pepper 1/2 tsp
6: Crushed red chilli 1tbsp
7: Onion 2 large (finely chopped)
8: Roasted and crushed cumin 1tbsp
9: Coriander leaves 1 (hand full)
10:Green chilies chopped 4
11:Tomatoes 4 medium (grinned)
13:garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
14:oil 1/2 cup
1: Pour oil in a pan add onions for frying, until it becomes golden brown.
2: Now add ginger garlic paste, mince, salt, black pepper,crushed red chilli, roasted and chopped cumin, turmeric and tomatoes fry them all.
3: Then pour water 1 cup cover and let it cook till the oil comes on surface.
4: Add eggs mix well.
5: Add coriander, green chilies, garam masala mix. 6: serve it with parathas.
