1: in a bowl add the chicken, prawns, soya sauce, white pepper, salt, corn flour mix well.
2: heat oil in a pan add the garlic paste and fry till light golden on high flame.
3: add the marinated chicken and prawn and fry till golden and oil comes on the surface on high flame.
4: now add the ketchup, chilli garlic sauce, salt, soya sauce, white pepper, vinegar, sugar, water 1/2 cup mix and cook on high flame till gets thick.
5: now add the vegetables mix, water 1/2 cup, then make the paste with corn flour and a little water and add that to, this will make the sauce thick (cook on medium flame till gets little thick) & turn off the flame keep aside.
(YOU CAN MAKE SAUCE THICK ON THIN AS YOU LIKE)
1: boil and drain the noodles (when adding the noodles to boil DO NOT BREAK THEM).
2: heat oil in a large pot and add a hand full of noodles & fry till crisp and light golden on both sides.
3: keep the fried noodles on paper towel to drain extras oil.
4: fry eggs to serve.
1: place the fried noodles on a plate with topping the chicken & veg mix, fried egg serve hot.
