1: milk 4 cups
2: parmesan cheese 1&1/2 cups
3: cream cheese 300g
4: unsalted butter 100g
5: plain flour 4 tbs
6: garlic paste 1tbs
7: black pepper powder 1 tsp
8: salt 1 tsp
9: oregano 1 tsp
1: melt butter and add the garlic paste and fry till changes colour on high flame.
2: lower the flame to low to medium and add the flour and cook for 1 minute keep stirring so that they are no lumps.
3: now add the milk slowly and keep mix so that they are no lumps and cook till gets thick on medium flame.
4: then close the flame add the cream cheese and mix well till combined, then add salt, oregano, black pepper mix well and on the stove again on medium.
5: add the parmesan cheese mix and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
6: once cooked cool and store in air tight sterilised jars.
