Welcome To Cook With FAIZA !

Assalamualaikum & Hello everyone, My name is Faiza Zarif. I am here to help my brothers and sisters with all sorts of cooking by uploading 7 to 8 videos per week.  I very much believe in eating healthy recipes; therefore, my channel has a range of delicious healthy recipes to healthy dessert recipes. Not just this, I know how children are very fussy and choose to pick certain foods as I also have children and deal with this nearly everyday; hence, I also upload healthy recipes for mothers that want to make their children try something new daily.

Pakistani healthy living recipes are known for having aromatic and sometimes spicy flavours, and some dishes often contain liberal amounts of oil which contributes to a richer, fuller mouthfeel and flavour. Brown cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, mace, and black pepper are the most commonly used spices in the making of a wide variety of dishes throughout Pakistan. Cumin seeds, chilli powder, turmeric and bay leaves are also very popular. In the Punjab province it is further diluted with coriander powder. Garam masala (aromatic spices) is a very popular blend of spices used in many.
My channel just doesn’t end at Pakistani or Indian style dishes, it is full of various english meals such as healthy fish recipes, breakfast, healthy diet recipes, Chinese cuisine, Arab cuisine, Afghani specialties, American snacks, milkshakes, smoothies, beverages, desserts, cakes,  and many more.
So, if your a newly wedded couple, student in abroad looking for heart healthy recipes, or just planning to surprise your mum and dad with a fabulous breakfast, lunch or dinner, and not too sure what & how to cook, then keep your eyes on this website and stay tuned on to COOK WITH FAIZA on YouTube for good healthy recipe videos.
